27th February 2015 – Bernie Curall death

PelAir action in Supreme Court:

The decision for Karen Casey and David Helm was handed down on 15th May 2015.

1. Summary

2. Whole judgement

Congratulations Karen and David, but of course it is a sad time with the loss of Bernie Curall [patient on the flight] on 27th February 2015.

However, don’t forget that the community is waiting for the #MH370 probity

PAIN lodged with the Senate committee a serious objection to ATSB and Sangston investigating the Pel-Air report here
In that document the ICAO rules are mentioned with regard to Directly Interested Parties (DIP).
The report, which was published to the Senate, clearly draws the Senate’s attention to the difficulties that have arisen as a result of the original inquiry by the ATSB and the direct interference by the regulator – CASA.
The PAIN report can be read here.
